it”s a peaceful place, not noisy. Staff is really friendly and polite. You can solutionate almost everything from this hotel, especially, air tickets, they got a great price from hue to hanoi. It was a little out of the town of Hoi An, which made it a very quiet location. There was no problem getting into town on the free shuttle bus. Also, within walking distance if you feel like a walk. The staff were very friendly, and the bus driver often came to pick us up, even though it was not the scheduled time.all reviews » The swimming pool was excellent in tropic climate. The hotel has very good atmosphere inside. Was nice and peaceful and a great swimming pool. The shuttle service into town was good. the range of accommodation is not too much progressive. Sometimes ran short of toilet paper and soap, otherwise no complaints.Staffs can not speak English well.

Did not like that there was no tea and coffee making facilities. Limited supplys in the bathroom. When it rained you got soaked going over to the restaraunt.
