Don't be fooled by the address, because the location of the spa is actually in an alley – not on the main road. I was kindly greeted by a lady who spoke excellent English which made my experience more welcoming. She was very clear and knowledgeable about the massages that they offered and was happy to answer my wisdoms. I opted for a package including a massage and facial which was only 450,000vnd! It lasted 2 hours and is excellent value for money! The masseurs are all blind and when you go there, see if Mr Nam is available. He knew exactly where I needed to be fixed! He is a lovely gentleman and has a very happy spirit. It makes the massage more enjoyable. I recommend everyone come here because this is much better tha0n any massage you'll get in the city.…

The first, a friend and I went tgere on a sunday evening at 8pm amd everything was closed. On their website and card it is written open 8am-10pm everyday… The next day we then called to make an apointment for 2 femal massages, the following day. Today we showed up and they had not tge staff available. They pretented they didn't our request and they didn't even try to find a solution. We love zennova in hanoi but this one is very desapointing and we ended up not having our massage at all. They dont seems professional at all!…
This place was recommended to me by a Saigon local. It is about five mins in a cab from D1 and well worth the trip as a 60min massage is only VND250k. All the masseuses are blind and are intuitive as to what you might need, of course you can specify areas you want to be worked on or avoided before you begin. The massage is a blend of Swedish, Thai and remedial. I loved it, it was pretty hard at times but got all the knots out of me! I left a VND40k tip as well. We went to Zennova to learn more about meditation. Our teacher Miss Tien Luong was very friendly and helpfull. We learned a lot in just two morning sessions. After the second sessions we booked a package which included 40 minutes in a eco hot room to detox your body and to have some rejuvenation effects, a massage, herbal/sea salt bath and a vegetarian meal. Never had such a good Vietnamese massage! They use blind people to do the massage because they can feel your muscles much better. The food was also really great! If you go to Ho Chi Min City try Zennova! They also have a location in Hanoi!…

This spa is ok, nothing particularly great. The service is spotty and the atmosphere, originally designed to a nice Japanese aesthetic, is getting sort of worn. They do have a decent vegetarian restaurant though, if you feel like having something to eat, and the prices are quite reasonable. The massage prices are mid-range for Saigon – about 18 – 25 USD for a 90 minute massage. They were recently bought by new Thai owners, so the regular massages are getting a bit more Thai flavor to them and Thai massages are available. What makes this place extraordinary (and keeps me coming back) is one of their blind massage therapists, Mr Nam. The others I tried before I found him range from ok – good, but Mr. Nam is wonderful. I never get the same massage twice. He is REALLY good at feeling what areas need more work (even when I don't know until he starts on them) and I always leave feeling great! The massages are fairly strong, so you need to like that. I wouldn't make the trip unless you can get an appointment with him, but it's definitely worth the cab ride out of downtown (maybe 30-40K dong) if he's available.…
