It”s not a traditional Belgian beer but more Belgian inspired, made lighter to fit with the Vietnamese year-round hot weather.Sep 21, 2018

B3 steakhouse. Off-white head of 4 minute retention. Murky dark copper colour body. Nice even lacing as it recedes.Aroma brings wheat and Belgian yeast spiciness. Aromatic intensity is average.Taste is rough around the edges. Wheat, subtly spicy Belgian yeast. No coriander, lemon peel, or even really clove. Balance is decent.Texture is smooth, wet, somewhat soft, light to medium-bodied, and of average heft and weight on the palate. Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, rough, or scratchy.Overall, it”s a drinkable but forgettable Belgian inspired beer of no particular interest. Approachable but underwhelming. I had higher hopes for Tê Tê. Low C+ (3.10) / ABOVE AVERAGEJul 14, 2016
