A quiet family run business on the banks of the Son River. We have several types of rooms. Private bungalows, rooms in our refurbished traditional wooden house, and a Roof top room with stunning views. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! Duc was the best host and helped us with everything. He was very kind and made our trip great. Our room was clean and had the most beautiful view. Phong Nha is one of the most amazing places and I wish to return to do more caving and hiking in the future.
Our stay at Ho Khans was perfect .The room had a great view of the river and the mountains . It was stunning ! Duc was a great host . He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay; he went above and beyond to ensure that we made the most of our stay in Phong Nha. Duc even arranged transport for us for our next part of the trip .Phong Nha is definitely the most beautiful part of Vietnam and I wish we had more time to explore some of the other caves and valleys . I would definitely recommend anyone that goes to Phong Nha to stay at Ho Khans homestay. We wish to return in the future . Thank you for your hospitality Duc !
We were so happy to have found this gem in beautiful Phong Nha! The beautiful view, riverside beach and slide were a real treat after a long day. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast delicious. The owners were great and made us feel at home right away. Our favourite stay in Vietnam. We truely felt sad to leave this place and hope to come back one day!
I'm so glad I made the decision to stay at Ho Khanhs Homestay. Not too far out of town, but waking up to the the most amazing views was out of this world. A nice young man by the name of Duc was truly wonderful and helped make the stay that little bit special, nothing was too hard and even helped with some caving tours. He also makes the most wonderful chocolate coffee and on a warm day was a treat. The rooms were very clean, staff friendly & I loved the fact I could hire a kayak and head straight down the river for a paddle. Just perfect!
This was part of the night before a tour to Son Doong so I didn't choose it originally. But it was quiet, great river views, great food and very clean rooms. Staff couldn't do enough – even went as far as getting me a scooter to me!
