The hotel stays near the market, so there were many choices for us to choose what to eat. The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and the equipment was good. There were only 3 problems. Firstly, the door was not sound-proof, but it was still acceptable. Secondly, the breakfast menu had just a few of choices. And the last one was that low wifi. The others were all good. I may come back in the future.
I stayed for a few nights in may 2018. Place was great, good location across from the night food market which helped because the hotel had no food except for breakfast. TV had English movies and the nba finals were on with Vietnamese commentary which was interesting. Room was clean, air con worked, WiFi was great, the only thing was no spa services but they pointed me to another hotel just down the road. Cheap price and would stay again
The hotel was built recently, yet the floors and rooms already have cracks on the walls. The air conditioning in the family suite for 4 persons was too weak, because the machine they installed was not strong enough for a high ceiling and big room. The hotel wanted to make it a luxury place, but all the flowers displayed at the front desk, in the common areas and everywhere in the hotel are all fake flowers. Shame. I travelled with 3 old adults (75, 78, 79 years old women) and couldn't get any help from porters to carry luggage. It's too bad that there wasn't many choices of hotels around town, otherwise I would not stay here at all.

Quality of the rooms were poor. Nothing else were offered for breakfast other than a bowl of noodle soup. A second bowl cost extra. Breakfast room lights were turned off whilst we and the other guess were having breakfast…maybe to save electricity cost. It should not call it a hotel if it cannot provide a decent service.
The hotel is beautiful, minus the construction noise and dust. I would not stay at this hotel again. It was convenient to be located across the street from a market. This allows you to grab a quick bite to eat or drink. We were with a larger party, but I did not feel as welcome. Maybe when the construction is done, it would be an ideal spot for a native speaker.
