This hostel is not in SaPa exactly, but it is only a short distance from the main town and will prove to be well worth it. There are only two bathrooms to share, with fitted showers and towels are provided, so if this is a drawback then this is not the Hostel for you. The rooms are simply furnished and there are two options to choose from private rooms or dorm rooms. All rooms are fully fitted with linen, blankets and even the necessary mosquito nets.
Some of their units are fitted with a seating area and/or a nice balcony so make sure to inquire about this option. Sapa in the North of Vietnam and is home to Vietnam’s highest peak, Fan Si Pan, which tries to reach for the clouds 3143m above sea level, all whilst keeping watch over the well known terraced rice paddies that can be seen lining the Sapa’s endless valley walls.
The best months to explore Northern Vietnam are between April and May or September and October. The days will be mostly sunny and the heavy rain stops for a while. The weather is really cold during the months of December to March and is not suited for hiking or exploring remote areas.
