Long words short : Burger King Vietnam is a TERRIBLE DISASTER as a whole Organization ! Burger King restaurant in HCMC, Phu My Hung tried to cheat us.. Then we called their customer service, but it is more terrible than their restaurants, nobody helped us…to solve the issue.. Just for a simple problem which has an extreme simple solution, I had to make around 15 times phone conversation in 2 hours, contacted their Facebook site and chat, and submit their web form and send directly email to them.. BUT FINALLY THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING ! I never see this much terrible customer service before … Burger King Vietnam is Total DISASTER !!! STORY was as this : They said that there is a promotion "Buy 1 get 1 Free" and we ordered 2 Tendergrill Burgers, 4 Whoopers, 3 Chicken Burgers for delivery to home.. Which means they will bring the DOUBLE of all quantities.. We buy them and after that when we open the packages we saw that all of them are double quantity, except Whoopers.. Whoopers must be 8 but they bring ONLY 4…So we called back the restaurant again to tell this, after 5 minutes checking they called back us and said "SORRY the other burgers written as in Promotion but we forgot to write Whoopers in promotion..we are sending 4 more now" We thought that they are correcting their mistake and started to wait their 2nd delivery. But when this 2nd delivery arrived THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US AGAIN for this NEW 4 Whooper AGAIN !!!! Can you imagine this? They are not thinking about correcting any mistake (if it is a really mistake) but they are requesting more money this time.. Additionally I am not sure this is a REAL mistake or intentionally they did this..In the same bill HOW CAN 1ST ITEM IN PROMOTION, 2ND ITEM OUT OF PROMOTION, AND 3RD ITEM IN PROMOTION AGAIN??? I cannot understand this !!! What kind of mistake is this??? It looks like they are PLAYING WITH US.. It was like a very bad joke that they require payment again in the 2nd delivery, instead of correcting the wrong situation !! Since 7pm until 9.30pm we made maybe 15 phone conversation both with restaurant and with Burger King Headquarters …BUT NO SOLUTION came for this simple problem !!!! And the second part of the DISASTER was their Customer Service. It is MUCH MUCH MORE TERRIBLE than their restaurant.. I've recorded all phone calls into my phone, I have strong evidence. In this 2 hours , totally 6 times they said me "Please hang up the phone, our manager will call you in next 5 minutes.. BUT IN NONE OF THEM NOBODY CALLED !! NEVER EVER ANYBODY CALLED "İN ALL OF THİS STORY !! In each case after waiting 20-30 minutes "their calling" finally I had to call them back again.. And in each time they said the same thing !!! This was a REAL DISASTER !!!! I continued calling, BECAUSE SUBJECT WAS NOT THE WHOOPERS ANYMORE !!!!! I just wanted to REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO SOMEBODY BUT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ANYBODY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TALKING !!! Then I contacted Facebook page by message and somebody respond. I chated and toll all this story, he said that "Okay we will solve the subject, and inform you" BUT EVEN AFTER NEXT DAYS, THEY NEVER EVER CONTACTED WITH ME AGAİN !! Then I go to their website and filled their form. Very shortly I told that somebody is trying to play with us, cheating in the promotion in their restaurant, and I left my phone number with a note "call me to talk on details" .. Additionally I send this by direct email also.. BUT EVEN AFTER NEXT DAYS, THEY NEVER EVER CALLED ME Oor NEVER WRITE ME EVEN ANY SHORT REPLY!! Finally, As you can see, Burger King Vietnam is a TERRIBLE DISASTER as a whole Organization ! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! More
