Very pleasant atmosphere with a good mix of locals and expats. Drinks were reasonable and they have very good bands belting out rock and funk music. I shall return. JT
Enjoy nicely arranged renditions of jazz and contemporary music played by local talented musicians in a cozy atmosphere. I visited on a quiet evening and enjoyed a few glasses of wine there too.
GREAT music and vibes: I like the facts that this is where local musicians hangout and their music feeds on each other’s talents. BAD atmosphere: So much smoking inside that you’d prefer to sit in Saigon’s traffic. Table set up is horrible. Tall tables and chairs are in front of the stage. The lower tables and chairs are in the back. There is absolutely no way to see what is happening if you are not seated in the first row. …
Nice place but it was so awful that guests and staffs smoke a lot inside a closed space with air conditioner. And they let people do that by any kind of reason I dont know. You can smoke but dont force others to ruin their health and suffer together. Besides, I came there after Tet, they open but most of the drinks were not available. The waitress kept asking the lady at the bar but she shouted out that no body goes to market these days so I dont do those drinks????? And then I ordered with out sugar and no ice and she acted and said like How can you drink such a thing like that???? Maybe I dont like this place too much for their music to accept those terrible things!!…
Can’t rate this place highly enough. We always pay a visit to Yoko when we are in town. Whatever your taste in music you are rarely disappointed by the bands on show here. Chilled out venue that is a little off the beaten track, but not difficult for a taxi driver to find. Pop in and let the foot tapping commence. …
