Đồ ăn, uống rất ngon. Thiết kế phòng, quầy bar hợp lý, ấm cúng. Nhân viên phục vụ tuyệt vời.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely and the little touches like the bowl of fruit and turn down service were most appreciated. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable; we were a little cold so they provided us with a heater and they helped us out with trip itineraries and made suggestions about where to hike, where to eat / drink, etc. We took our dog with us and one day we wanted to hike Fansipan; we were advised it might be a little difficult for the dog so they very kindly took care of her for the day; just one example of how they went above and beyond. The swimming pool and sauna were much needed after a day in the cold and the facilities were well kept. Thank you to Hanno, Tao, Nam and the rest of the team for making us feel part of the family.

We stayed 3 nights with really bad weather, not just rain but also there wasn’t any visibility, which meant we couldn’t do any of the planned hikes. The hotel was great in keeping us entertained. The indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna/steam room were great. Even the pool table and the board games/books available outside the restaurant were all helpful. The breakfast was worth every penny.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and generous. My husband was ill with a tummy bug for 24 hours and they staff were helpful in providing simple nourishment for him beyond room service. The breakfast was lovely, especially the local Pho speciality.
