I like the location as it is on a lake just on the edge of Ha Giang in it's own grounds, with walkways, lodges, trees, plants and nice areas to wander around. Very sweet and helpful staff. I loved the peddle-boats in shapes of swans and watching people going out on the lake in them!
We had an amazing stay here! Little bungalow on the water was really comfortable, the food was good and the staff was super nice and helpful. Especially the guy at the reception. A definite go to!!
The receptionist, Doc, was absolutely amazing. Helped us in every way possible. Literally couldn’t of had a better experience. From a 3am pick up
the bus station, bike rentals, Ha Giang loop instructions and map, keeping connected via WhatsApp, organizing transportation, great English, literally everything and always a smile. The facilities were very nice too. Awesome viewpoint on the river
Great location on the riverside surrounded by nature, super helpful and friendly staff who arranged our hikes very efficiently and at a fair price
Duc, the head of reception, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and even upgraded me to possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in at such a reasonable price. Amazing balcony with a pool inside right over the lake overlooking the beautiful mountain. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom also felt great after completing a 7 hour motorcycle ride in from Hanoi. The animals on site were a very cool added bonus. They gave me a safe place to park my motorcycle. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and would recommend to anyone as a must see in Ha Giang. WiFi was also great.

Stayed in a lakeside room, was beautiful, extended our stay. Staff were friendly and had a good attitude, very helpful. Beautiful gardens and lake was really nice too.
