Mr Hung fetched us at the bus station late at night, they kept their beautiful place on the river open for us, offered us beer. He was contacting us on whatsapp even before to ask if he can help with any travel things. My friend forgot his passport on the bus, Mr Hung got it back in no time for us. He was very friendly, generous and helpfull. The place itself is awesome! And the people as well! Stay here if you go to Phong Nha!

Bathroom is also great with a nice hot shower.Nice à la carte breakfast too.The receptionist, Xiem, speaks an excellent English and will help you to organize excursions to the caves as well as transfers to other cities. Absolutely recommended!

The family was super sweet. After my travelhome.vn the called me for make sure if we needed pickup service. We arrive at 4:30 in the morning and they were waiting for us.They arranged tour, pick ups, and next trip. The sunset by the pool is awesome, looking at the rice fields and the mountains… We check out at 19:00 without any charges extra. If you are in Phong Nah area is highly recommended

Set in Phong Nha, Hang En Hotel has a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The people who run the hotel are very helpful. I arrived at 04.00 am and was welcomed by the smiling couple. They arranged a bicycle to rent, good price for the bustickets .The girl who works there speaks good English. Quiet room with a good mattress and a nice hot shower. A big communal balcony in the front facing the main road. The coffee is delicious!
Located in Phong Nha, Sky Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a terrace. This was one of the most memorable hotels we stayed in Vietnam! Firstly, the bus night bus (Camel Travel) drops you about a 100m away from the hotel and the owner of the hotel came out at 4 am to pick us up so we wouldn't get lost. She is such a lovely person, we had a misunderstanding (my mistake on travelhome.vn an extra night) with the travelhome.vn, and she just re-booked a departing bus on the spot and refunded my money for the extra night. Moreover, she gave us a bag of snacks and a water to take with us on the bus, as we were missing breakfast with the sudden schedule change. She even gave me a giant hug when we were leaving. The room was big and similar to the other Vietnamese style (Tile floor and walls) hotels, extremely clean and AC was great. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you're going to Phong Nha!
