I forgot to take a real pic for these. It’s totally different as they sent to us, its better call as a hostel than their operating. Quite noisy, their staffs haven’t well trained, sometimes rude. Room is much smaller than this, anw, clean and comfy bed. They would care for customers a firstly checkin moment then won’t carry you with anthing.

Staff was not friendly, both staff in reception and staff in restaurant. I ate strawberry at the room and it had a small dirty in pillow. When staff check the room, she showed an unpleasant attitude however we didn't have to pay anything. Food in here was terrible and expensive. But view in here is very beautiful.
…should rather be called “a hostel”. They make you to leave the passport at reception, no discussion. Copy is not enough for them. That’s almost a no go for us. Manager didn’t wanna talk to us/hear about why we don’t wanna leave it. 6 rooms share 2 bathrooms/showers. Not very clean. Mainly Vietnamese guests which is cool but noisy. Staff doesn’t know anything and is not helpful. High price for what it is. No personal “home stay touch” at all.

I booked a room with pine hill view but when i arrived, the view didn't like the image which they sent to me. Receptionist didn't welcome us, when we checked in.Especially, the smell of pet which they keep at reception was very terrible. The attitude of staff was unfriendly. Everything is not good like reviews on other pages. I stayed at here on New Year day and the price was double but it was unworthy. I certainly will not come back here.
Reviews on other pages seem good but the fact was actually not. Small double room with hill view may be nice, it was pretty hot in the noon and no toilet inside, 6 rooms 2 outside toilets, quite dirty and inconvienience. The look, nothing to say thats a homestay, must be called a hostel or something like that. The staffs were passitive and not friendly at all, I rent a motorbike cost 60,000vnd for 1 hour and ask them if gave it back now is it just same price with 1/2 day? They said yes and i still gave it back bcause didnt need it anymore and accepted to pay as their confirmation. Kitchen is allowed to use but when me & my friend used it, a female staff glanced and frowned at us without saying anything then she told another girl to tell us not be allowed to use now and clean the pan right after using while we'd just brought the dish on table. The towel we used it to put strawberry above and colored some on it, the receptionist checked the room when we check out and ask us to pay a fee for that towel with reason it cant be used for other guests. OH unbelievable, it was just fresh fruits
