Everything was excellent. The employees were very friendly, the bus station in Dalat was beautiful and the ride were smooth.

If you want to be treated like an animal ..this is the way to go We got to the pickup point …where they didn't speak to us ..didn' t check anything and they left immediately …15 mins early .We got to the bus station where we were first informed wrong about where to stand . Bus drivers are not friendly and don't speak and just throw your luggage out . Then when you leave you think ..oh this could work ..I could get some sleep . Except they drive like maniacs throuh countless loops …shout through the micro every 5 mins and then at 4.30am instead of a reasonable, planned 6am …you are thrown out in a second with your bags already on the street …and being shouted at .. Never again !…
Within 2 weeks, we've been lied to twice by the staff of Thanh Buoi. First they made a mistake with a reservation and first denied it and told us it was our problem and today the lady who sold the tickets swore that the seats in the back were not shorter. There is no sense of customer service in Vietnam. …
I took Dalat-HCMC with Thanh Buoi and all was fine: picked up in my homestay in Dalat which was quite out of the centre, the ride was smooth, bus clean, the bus attendant always inoformed me on break times in english, the driver was careful, arrived in HCMC quite early.
Tried many bus companies, but this was one of the best we had. The drivers have a different driving style than back home. But they all have. It doesn't matter which company you choose. They drop you off at the center (district 1) in HCM. A lot of companies don't. Thanh Buoi stops at places with decent toilets (clean and toilet paper). Also the food from the restaurant was quite nice. For example the toilets at the stops with Hahn Cafe were the worst we've ever seen in Vietnam. …
