We wanted a fairly quick and simple meal on our first night in Hue, coming after a lot of travelling. This place was only a couple of minutes from the hotel and was a simple local option but it really did the job!Our waitress…had enough decent English to help explain how to deal with the specialities – some DIY work needed to put it all together – but then it soon all disappeared.The price was so low we left a good tip and our waitress was happy, and so were we and suggest you try Tai Phu.More
The food was cheap but you get what you pay for. Terrible quality, undercooked mystery meat – left that to the side but we still got sick afterwards. Very unfriendly staff, didn't feel welcome to be there. Cannot recommend and will never go back
I had to wait over 30 minutes for the meal. Staff weren't active in service and almost forgot our order. They looked at me and my friend with unfriendly eyes. Decided to give it a go given that we both were hungry after a long day being influenced by the many Vietnamese eating there. We were not disappointed.We kept it simple going for grilled pork on sticks served with a papaya salad, rice paper,…dipping sauce and soup. One of the waiting staff demonstrated how to eat it so we tucked in and thoroughly enjoyed it, washing it down with some Tiger beer.There was a real buzz about the place and though the only Westerners in there, we felt very comfortable, this being helped by the friendly staff.All this, for slightly over £5 so obviously no complaints there!More

It is a good restaurant for lunchtime after you finish visiting imperial city Hue. I and family fly to Hue city in the morning after visiting Imperial city we have good traditional local food here. It is not far from Imperial City about 3km and…50.000 vnd for taxi. The service is fast and warm welcome here. We ordered “Nem lui”, cake delights ” banh khoai” and two bowls of Fire roll noodle it is so delicious. It takes us about 300.000 VND for four people. I think it is a good and not expensive restaurant that you should tryMore

Great authentic local place. Banh khoai and Nem Lui were superb – pretty much what everyone is having. Good prices. Solid option! Went back a few times
we arrived around 1pm and ordered noodles and rice, they served the food really fast and all of it was still cold.The server was really impacient and wanted us to order right away.I don't recomend you eating here
It's fun to eat Nem Lui Hue here: Grilled pork skewers you wrap in your own roll. Service is friendly by the standards of Vietnamese street food. It's perhaps only for the adventurous, though.
The waitress showed us how to prepare our rolls. The food was delicious. Lots of local people eat here as well which is always a great sign.
