It get's 5 start for: 1) price value, 2) location, 3) staff. It is the cheapest place you can get in Saigon in very heart of the city. I was a bit sceptical before going there because of many bad reviews that I had read, but in the end the place turned out to be clean and tidy, including the bathroom however small they are. And the staff… despite language problems they are very helpful, I asked them to book a ticket for me to Phu Quoc and they did everything for free. Definitely recommended for 2-3 days stay for budget travellers. The only thing that I would improve is the door in the dorm… it's old sliding door that makes a lot of noise when opened, and since it's a dorm pple open it often.
The bed is infested with bed bugs and the place is noisy, no sound proofing at all. We booked four nights and moved out after the first night. The only positive point is the person manning the reception is kind and helpful. Avoid this hostel at all cost.
Very central location, within walking distance to nearly anywhere you would want to go. Staff have very good english and are so friendly and helpful. They have good wifi and a laundry service. Stayed in a private double bed room which had a tv, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, fan & aircon and private bathroom and lots of press and wardrobe space. Everything was perfectly fine, no complaints.
The girls ad the check in desk are really friendly and help you with any questions you might have. The room was oke nothing special. But one big no no is there were bedbugs!!! I only saw 2 and killed the 2. But the fact you know they’re there makes sleeping a lot less comfortable.

BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!! Gross and run down. They advertise nice rooms, but give you crappy bunks in hot rooms. After our friend got eaten alive the first night by beg bugs, we asked for a refund for our second night. The receptionist was sweet, but the manager/slum lord was evil and threatened the receptionist if she couldn't get us to stay. We were told that is impossible to refund.. worst place I've stayed in Asia.
