The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is a bit small but we enjoyed it and the views were good! The breakfast buffet was delicious…lots of choices and when we checked out we received a free gift. Lovely hotel!

I wanted to just sleep and take a rest so he made an extra effort to upgrade my room to a more quieter one. I enjoyed the free breakfast of toast and black coffee.The place is great for resting after traveling. It’s a bit difficult to find the place because there are many alleys but they give you direction.There’s a percolator in the room and some books for those book lovers. They also have printed information on how to get around Hanoi and places of interests. Highly recommended!
