After two years in HCMC first time here. More just to flag it as done prior we leave Vietnam. Atmosphere standard for this place (anywhere), good music, decoration, happy hour until 20.00 so it ticks more than few boxes. Food, nachos fantastic, good burger and…slightly disappointing Mac&cheese with chicken. Burger with French fries is more easily and lighter to eat that mac&cheese. Great place to visit with lots to see ie old rock pics guitars. downstairs they have a stage with live bands on which makes this venue great friendly staff who show passion in music

I’ve never been so happy to visit a Hard Rock Cafe. It’s been a couple days since social distancing was relaxed in Saigon and it was my first time venturing out since. When I saw the Hard Rock was open my heart began to flutter….I went inside and grabbed a table. I got a Strawberry Basil Lemonade and a BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger. I learned thathis location doesn’t participate in the hardrockrewards program as I was trying to use my birthday reward, but they were still kind enough to give me a free apple cobbler. The food was great, the service was class act and it’s everything you would expect from the Hard Rock Experience. However they have a guitar that is lifted as being signed by Pantera. I know for a fact it is not signed by Pantera. More

Stopped here for a cocktail and to buy a T shirt, the mojitos were superb. Place was very busy as being a Friday but got a table straight away and service was good. Shop and restaurant staff very good. Recommended.

We visited for my bday HCM and spent the evening there. We enjoyed the food, good quality. Drinks were good and the music band was fantastic. The overall was a great entertaining experience, would recommend!

We were greet warm by the staffs upon entering the cafe, was very impressed not surprised the HRC culture keep it up! We had Burger & Big bowl of Caesar salad, portioning is worth paying that much. Enjoy very much the meal with my wife…after all. Service is good, is just that we were not told they have a lower ground dining areas, we only realized it after we went to the washroom obviously located downstairs. Overall experience I must say good place if you feel like having Burger instead of Banh Mi optional to have a great meal. Keep up the good work guys! Have a Rockin Day Ahead! Fab place to go in the evening or for lunch. One evening we went and had cocktails and watched live music, another day we went for lunch and had the original burger which was cooked to perfection and homemade onion rings. Fantastic service from Koi…too who made sure our meal was a good one. More

Wow, what terrible service. My waitress was sleep standing while the barman was playing with her hair. Their attitude is abysmal. The location doesn't accept their own rewards program. When you show staff your rewards number they wave their hands up in the air saying…they do not take it. The kitchen probably counts the french fries they put on your plate. Not the best experience. Do yourself a favor, fly to KL or Penang as their Hard Rock locations are rocking. More
