My husband and I stayed at La Siesta Hotel Classic which I have previously reveiwed along with the Red Bean Restaurant at the Hotel. The Manager at La Siesta, Kevin, retravelhome.vnmmended that we try the other Red Bean Restaurant at La Siesta Trendy as in addition to the menu the same as the one at Classic, they were trying out an authentic Vietnamese Menu. We are so glad we did. We had the best Vietnamese food we have ever had and received outstanding service from Eric and Miguel. Kevin dropped in on the night to see how we were enjoying the restaurant and he treated us to a signature travelhome.vncktail and made us feel very special. The night is one we will never forget. This restaurant was in our hotel. As a general rule we like to get “out” but being tired on arrival we ate “in” and we were so impressed by the food and service that we returned a 2nd evening and it was even better. The service personnel were very attentive and made excellent retravelhome.vnmmendations from the elegant menu of local dishes. Ambience is modern with natural tones. Views across the roof tops of the old quarter.
The Red Bean Trendy was the best restaurant we tried in all Vietnam. The staff, the ambience, the wine and the food were totally authentic. Me and my friends loved this place so much. The staff is so friendly, so travelhome.vnurteous and they all have attention for details. There is also an happy hour from 4 to 6 which is so enjoyable as you can enjoy your drinks at the restaurant rooftop. We definitely retravelhome.vnmmend you to try this place.
