Room was not as pictured and cleanliness was the main issue major mould problems otherwise the aircon worked and the beds were clean. Located in a great spot not too noisy at all. Has some great little shops in the street and really great restaurants namely royal rice and bun… front of house staff were pretty good, young lady in evenings and weekends was the best by far. Housekeeping needs some work, the level of mould in our room was pretty unacceptable.

Me and my friend arrived at the hotel about 8 PM. We were informed that the room was not ready yet. How was that possible? We asked how long do we have to wait. They said 30 mins. We were asked by staff to sat at the lobby neither water nor toilet provided. Even asked for the additional help. They just told us that the room wasn’t ready and they were fully booked for that night. After 40 mins waited, The bell man took my bag and ran lead us to another building where looked like cafe in front and went behind the kitchen take a little escape stair which was not the same hotel that we booked without notice. When we saw the room and it was unacceptable. We rapidly ran back to the front desk that this was not right. We waited for 40 mins for the dirty and dusty room that seemed to be uncleaned for several weeks. The front desk quickly brough us to the room that they mentioned us that it was fully booked. In the morning, the manager said that “the owner” told that Thai people are friendly and easy going. They can sleep everywhere. This sentence made us so angry. Yes, we are Thai but they cannot do this to us or anyone else. This was the terrible judgement and experience that we booked this hotel. If we were noticed before arrived at the hotel that we have to change the building, or try there best to solve this issue and have positive tinking that find the best way to treat the customer in abnormal even we might accept it. For anyone who wanted to stay here, good luck but not for us anymore.…
