Phở Tíu Bà Phương
For people living around the ancient town, Mrs.Phuong’s Phở Tíu is one of the dishes to be remembered when the weather is dry and uncomfortable. Phở Tíu is similar to noodles but it is fresh noodles with more sauce, more washy.

Mrs. Phuong’s Phở Tíu is a family restaurant that has sold food in Dong Xuan market for many years. Earlier, the restaurant also served Bún Thang but failed.
Phở Tíu is comprised of rice noodles, pork mixed with sauces, roasted peanuts, fried onions and raw vegetables.
Customers can go from the top of Hang Chieu street and turn to the alley of the Dong Xuan market – where is the miniature world of cuisine in the heart of Hanoi, and then park your vehicle at the beginning of the alley, the price of parking is quite expensive. However, this is still an interesting address to visit, because it has existed for a long time, served food associated with the name of the person who made it.
The small alley leads into a noisy space, close to each other – a typical feature of Ha Thanh cuisine. The restaurant has a long bench that can only serve a few people at the same time, so customers often have to wait.
