Organised airport pick up , nobody arrived! Upon arrival, met by staff who couldn’t speak any English, just placed papers on the counter. Asked a few questions, none of which they could answer. Checked out within the hour. Even checking out was a nightmare as they couldn’t understand that we wanted to check out. Then eftpos wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t accept cash
