Checked into Pullman, but chose to have my dinner at Novotel Food Exchange.Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff in Food Exchange restaurant. Chef Shalabh, waiter Arjun, Chef Mahadev are excellent staff members of the Novotel team. Buffet Food is 5 stars. Highly recommended.More

I was experienced such a good quality of managment. There hospitality, the smile on their face, hatsoff for jampa, sheetal yash, sanjay, Abhishek, Annie, all the guys of dinning areas was awesme. I feel that luxury there which you guys provided to us.
The best of the moments i spent in Delhi was due to the novotel hotel services and staff support. Yash, and other members were amazing. The food exchange and catering services were more than best. Thank you Nexa and thank you hotel novotel for such a great experience.

Novotel is close to the airport and convenient for business trips. The rooms are comfortable and the service good. The airport reps were very friendly and helpful. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was ample and the blended ice cream particularly good even though it was a call portion.

Stayed at the Novotel for the second time in three months mostly for its connectivity and genuinely friendly and courteous service and I did not leave disappointed! The restaurant team here has always exceeded my expectations. Not only did they remember me by my name when I entered the restaurant, but also remembered what I ate and preferred a month back. Simply awesome! Avnish deservedly needs a mention for his professionalism, charm and concern for his customers.The breakfast variety is a treat, gymnasium is well equipped. These are all true essentials for a business hotel like Novotel Aerocity. Will surely try the spa next time round.

Its first time that I chose to stay in Novotel and on very 1st day I realized the difference when compared to some of the best in the industry. I did an early check-in with an advance payment against the room charges for my 2-3 days stay with a clear information that rest of the expenses would be settled later. In my understanding it would have been at the time of check-out, the way it happens in most of the hotels around the world. It started off with the breakfast when a hotel employee approached me saying that breakfast is not included in my package. I told her to check with front desk as it was very much part of the package. Then comes the laundry guy who asks for the cash and I tell him that I will settle it with the final bill and he leaves. I had ordered dinner for which I signed on the bill. The guy also didn”t mention anything then but he comes back when I was almost slept and says that the bill can not be added to my room and I need to pay in cash. I further requested him to ask the front desk to explain it if he is not able to because I never had this experience before. He left and after 15-20 mins. when I was again in the bed thinking it would have been a mistake, here comes the call on the subject. A lady from other end probed me on the issue to which I asked that why cant I settle it at the time of check-out. I also told her that I have done advance payment of my stay and remaining should get added to the room. She went on with her point that I should pay more advance for other transaction to which I said I don”t know about my future transactions & not going to run away, I should not be harassed for a bill of Rs.1,000. I asked for the manager to escalate the issue, she very rudely mentioned that she was the manager. I expressed my frustration, I wouldn”t recommend this hotel to anybody and shall check the cancellation policy. I was told very rudely that I can check whatever policy I want to but henceforth I need to pay in cash only.
