If you are searching for a lovely place to stay this is the place! They have different type of rooms with different decorations. We stayed at the garden room and sapa room. Both rooms are beautifully decorated. All rooms are comfy and the staff is also friendly. They also speak english which is really helpful. They also give us free drinks below
The location is really good, it is walking distance to many attractions in Hanoi. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The decor is very nice, however also expect that the quality cannot be compared to hotel standard. There are no lifts, prepared to climb stairs with your luggage.
I stayed for 2 nights in the garden Room, which was very nicely arranged and had a nice and green balcony. The location is great, a 2 min walk from the centre but away from the noisy streets of Hanoi! The staff was very helpful and replied very fast to all my queries. All in all a very nice place to stay in Hanoi, I recommend it! Book the garden room

I found and booked this place in Airbnb. My husband and I were able to book the Hanoi room for a day and the Garden room for 4 days. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Momento. The place was conveniently close to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. We were able to do sight seeing and tourist stops by foot, which was such a big help. Add to the fact that it is so close to cafe's and restaurants. Grace was such a big help. She helped us rent a motorcycle for a day and even taught my husband how to use it. Once, she even gave us a juice that she made herself. There were two helpful guys who were also efficient in making our stay relaxing and comfortable.The place is so clean; has an artsy and homey feel to it. Each room has a different theme and they nailed it. Thanks for the lovely stay, Momento! I definitely recommend this place!
