My family had 4 people and none of our dishes was well made. The burger was ordered medium rare but turned out nearly well done. The fries were too salty, same as the pasta. The tuna salad seemed to have an unfortunate event of pepper…overdose, I couldn't taste tuna anymore. Most disappointing of all, when I shared the feedbacks with the waiter, he had no action towards it besides awkwardly saying sorry. I even asked him at the end if he shared my feedback with the manager, giving a hint of a proper way of handling customer complaint, but he answered with an annoying attitude. I didn't see the value of what we paid for at all at this restaurant when service level is somewhat less than a fast food restaurant. Extremely disappointedMore
Used to go there last year . Went there yesterday with 8 people . Order taken but food delivery messy while some get food quickly others have to wait nearly 30 min to get served and new comers served before us . No excuse from…management for such missed lunch . Food still good but mood was not there anymore . So we moved to another place for dessert and coffee .More
I went here because it was suggested by a friend, and I was not disappointed. Since I had not had duck in quite some time, I decided to try it. It was perfectly cooked and sat on mashed potatoes with a salad on the side.
The food at the MAD House is very good, the staff are also very attentive and polite. Music played at the restaurant was great, creating a very chill atmosphere. Recommend for dinner with family or friends.

We had to sit inside because the larger section outside was not separated from smoking and non-smoking (Bad). The staff was very friendly and Mary the manager spoke excellent English. It is a laid back type of restaurant and very comfortable in the D2 area….Tried the burger and some Vietnamese food and it was all good.More
I went for dinner with some friends and was surpriced to tray the food. I was not really good, and to expensive.
Great find in up and coming part of Saigon. Great outdoor eating and laid back relaxed atmosphere. Lots of people after work catching up. Great menu and lots of choice and THE most amazing mashed potato!
Mad House is among our favourites in D2. The place has a good vibe, excellent food and a very comprehensive drinks list. I have never been disappointed.

Nice setting. The food was good. We ordered grilled seabass and a flank steak. We got fries for the steak and tomato salad for the fish. The tomato salad was probably the highlight.
