On arrival Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was a Toilet/Shower combination, there was no separation, which we didn’t mind. Every morning you have to go to reception to get a breakfast coupon, so you can have breakfast, which made no sense, surely breakfast staff can know which room has breakfast included. Breakfast was cold and maybe 4 options available in buffet. On our return to our room after the first night, our room was left open by the domestic cleaning staff all day. They apologized for the inconvenience. Second night, same situation occurred. I was embarrassed to mention the same complaint to reception. They upgraded us immediately and apologized again.
We stayed here two nights. We were the only int’l travellers here as the hotel is very oriented to Vietnamese families and we were treated very well with staff always saying hello or good bye whenever we passed by. The price for an ocean view balcony room was 600,00 dong/ each night. Comes with kettle, free tea, water and has a mini bar. The shower is ok- not horrible not great. The breakfast buffet included is superb and huge however only Vietnamese food (which we love but maybe you don’t).

The single room featured a king-size bed, top quality furnishings and an a/c. The wifi signal was pretty strong for Vietnam standards and they have a large restaurant that also caters to vegetarians and vegans. They provide flip flops and the hotel lobby leads out to the beach and so perfect location for those wanting to sunbathe, walk along the beach, swim or do some other seaside activity. Their restaurant also has an outside terrace and so you can sit with a great view of the ocean too.
Room Tip: Great views, easy to find and perfect location. A/C units are quiet. Not all rooms face the sea…
It is a good hotel in terms of price and location. The room is quite old but spacious. There are some necessary facilities in the room and it is only takes some minutes to go to beach. To explore the city center and other places of interest nearby, it is advisable to rent a motorbike (you can ask receptionists about this but they only have automatic bikes, not manual ones). The hotel also provides free breakfast (included in the room price). We didn't try the food since we wanted to try local food not some popular ones like noodles, but the coffee and tea here is good. The staff is friendly and the service is fine. Overall it is not a chic hotel with nice decoration but at reasonable price for a basic stay and convenient location.
