Extremely clean and comfortable. Really good layout with almost immediate access to the pool from your room. Even with the Villa being full it was very quiet with loads of privacy…super relaxing ???? Amazing service from all of the staff – best we've experienced in Vietnam in 3 years of living here! Very generous and tasty breakfast too! A short walk to the beach and you get a beach umbrella and beach towels at reception to take with you. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we make it back to Hoi An.

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! We had a 3 year old and the staff played with him, building LEGO and feeding the fish. We loved using the bikes to ride to the rice fields in the afternoon and watch locals fly their kites. The beach is no more than 200 metres away And the street has many great restaurants. It was very quiet due to current COVID-19 but the staff here were wonderful. When things settle down and travel opens up again we will definitely go back!

Big rooms, close to beach with own beds & umbrella area.lovely little pool. Good selection for breakfast. Very comfortable stay made so much better by the wonderful staff. Nicely away from the main drag with local bars and restaurants for all budgets. Great value. It's not 4 star and some of the finishes leave a bit to be desired but you don't really notice. Just a nice vibe…

This was an outstanding stay for my husband and me. We have stayed in countless hotels all over the world but never felt as cared for as by Nguyen (so sorry about the spelling ????) and her lovely staff. We really felt comfortable and wanted for nothing. Enough has been written about the facilities in previous reviews so I won’t repeat them, only to say thank you sincerely, all of the staff, for making our week there so pleasant.

Wow- what a fantastic stay here! Everything was outstanding. First the staff- so helpful and friendly, especially Ngunh (spelling?) the main lady. The breakfast was fantastic, we loved choosing our dishes and having them made fresh. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the pool area and the beach was a couple minutes away. Love love love KA!

After 5 weeks travelling we booked KA Villa by the beach for our anniversary, and it was amazing!!!! The staff were soooo lovely and accommodating, they even prepared us a celebration cake and flowers. The bed was very comfortable and our outside shower was excellent,decorated with the famous Hoi An lanterns. Breakfast each morning was also great, with the opportunity to customise your order each day. We really could not fault anything – we would like to thank again the amazing staff who made our stay here extra special!

Great location. Owner and staff extremely welcoming. A family buisness where you feel part of the family. Great breakfast. Beach area in front clean, good local family restaurants along the same strip. Free bicycle hire and free laundry. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.
