Each bed has a reading light, charging port, and a curtain. Room is spacious and clean, staffs were helpful and the breakfast was amazing!! Would definitely recommend to all tourists:)
Overall a great hostel. Fantastic price considering the cleanliness, location, expertise of staff, good free breakfast, and free happy hour beer. I booked Sa Pa tour and would say with warning: it was very disorganized and not clear. It did not follow the itinerary shown and was stressful to get to where to tour began. However, hostel stay was perfect.

This place is awesome if you are going to stay long term. Staff is cool as F%$#. Free breakfast with options. Free beer at 7 pm. Affordable trips. No elevator and 7 floors with a tiny little stair well. Ani is beautiful
Really really nice hostel to stay in. In a great location in the Old Town and off the Main Street so not too noisy. The staff were really lovely and even provided a free keg of beer. The beds were super clean and the bathroom was unreal. Such good value for money with fresh fruit and coffee for breakfast along side eggs and toast. Would hundred percent return or recommend.
I really enjoyed staying at the Cheers hostel! The rooms are suuper clean, spacious and have great beds (mattress, lamp, socket,…..). Staff is very lovely and they offer great tours (do the Ha Giang Loop!). Nice breakfast and free beer in the evening. The Location is great too. It's not a party hostel but there is still a good vibe and people to socialize with in the small area by the reception.I stayed there 3 times and will come back for more once this corona bullshit is over haha
Great location and welcoming lobby area with friendly staff. The rooms have great facilities with big lockers to fit your whole rucksack in! Each bed has a fan, light and plug socket with pull out desk table which is very useful! Bathroom was very clean and great to use, nice hot shower. Only issue here which did become quite a problem is damp. The beds were damp as we checked in and all of our clothes felt damp and smelled due to the damp air. You do wake up wet which was an issue.
Cute little hostel. A lot of stairs, but that's Vietnamese style ay. The beds are comfy, but the rooms and ensuite could do with a little cleaning. Free beer in the evening and Milano was fab! Thanks x
Half decent hostel in a great location. The guy who checks you in has a slightly irritating sender of humour (not what you need after a long haul flight) but it's a good place to meet people in a fairly chilled environment.
Kind, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent bed setup but mattresses aren’t comfortable. Noisy architecture means the noisy bellows up the staircase and loudly into your room; also had to SLAM the door shut so that created a huge sound while trying to be quiet entering / exiting the dorm
