I booked 2 night on Agoda, and text messages want to have loving bed in my room, nobody reply me so I think they was accepted. But when i check in and get my room, no loving bed, the receptionist informed me that my booking in agoda just standard room (actually Agoda no information about loving bed, why they don't reply my messages), and must extra 50,000 vnd for loving bed??? The room was really old, all equipment was dusty. I stayed 2 night but nobody turn down my room, no changing towel. Water is not free, 10,000 vnd per bottle. Really noisy from outside, because it is near the school. OMG really horrible experience!
We booked a deluxe double room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, had a fridge and hangers for clothes. However, the floor was quite dirty and the Wi-Fi signal (5th floor) was terrible. The drain in bathroom must have been blocked because every time we showered, the water filled up and took hours to drain away. Staff were notified about this on the day we checked in, however, they did nothing about it, despite telling us that they would get it repaired. The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel and rooms are nice and modern, but maybe we just got unlucky as there were just too many issues in our room.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Spacious, clean and new room, comfortable for 4 people. Kitchenette was available with a small infrared cooker. Friendly staff would help with any requests if asked. Small parking lot and no elavator from fifth to sixth floor, but we would definitely recommend this hotel because its staff was a real big plus.

We stayed here during our trip to Danang. The hotel is nearby the beach and only a few km away from the city center. Its fully equipped with good facilities. What made me impressed the most is the hospitality from the staff, espeacially Mr.Tan. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and gave us directions around the city. Big thanks to this nice guy ! Dzung and Linh !
