This Dr. Seuss snack recipe is a delight to make and eat. My kids love this easy fruit snack. It’s a great way to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday or incorporate it into any Dr. Seuss reading lesson. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate at home than to make these tasty fruit kabobs inspired by the book The Cat in the Hat – one of our favorite Dr. Seuss books.
