Very confused by communication with a staff member after having email correspondence with Judi. She distressed me when I thought I had booked a three day package and said I couldn’t go, then sorted something by saying it was full and I would be 11th person….only to discover I was the only person on the three day trip. I had a lovely time, but was a bit perplexed but the unnecessary fuss/stress and being alone over the three days was unexpected.
