Cute little hotel. The staff is friendly and remember your name and face. The breakfast was good and available every morning. I liked the sitting areas on the first floor. The hotel is unique in its design. It looks like it was converted from something else. Nice high ceilings. Clean room and bathroom. Shampoo and soap offered, but the shampoo dispenser didn’t work. Fresh towels every day. Wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues. Must climb stairs to rooms. The area is a bit noisy with road traffic and shops close by. Day trips can be booked by the staff if desired.

Very good stay staff was very helpful and welcoming,helped us out with tours and gave us a very good price. Would recommend to everyone coming to stay in Hanoi! 10/10 .we recommend to Thomas who will help you to book the trip to Halong bay!
First absolutely discusting experience with confirmed reservation by Booking.com I made a reservation garanteed by my credit card in the same amount as is the accomodation cost. Reservation has been confirmed in a few minutes, so I go to this accomodation by taxi driver from the Airport. Probably during the big even as footbal match is they sold the room for better price and told me to cancell the booking. Cancelling was for the same as price of accomodation, thats first thing made me angry and we was in the city in place of nowhere with few percents of battery to find another place. Awful experience!!! Dont believe them even your booking is confirmed!!! Definetly they cancelled the reservation without any charge, but still we had confirmation, we lost time and money to find a another place to stay!
