The room was clean and cozy. Very comfy bed. Hosts were very helpful and offered us a free dinner upon arrival. Breakfast was basic but good. Great location. Bathroom was good. Lots of plug ins. Good Wi-Fi.

The staff were superb! They were so helpful and really made me feel welcome. I loved the shared breakfast as a good chance to meet and talk to others. It was a great place to start my holiday from. Thankyou!!!!

Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Staff accommodated my needs to have a room on the ground floor, as the property does not have a lift, and for a family room that could accommodate five. Friendly family hosts who were helpful in recommending places of interest to visit and things to do in Hanoi.

Really nice employees. Especially Gracie and Claudia were really friendly. The location is great. I can highly recommend the accommodation!

As a family of 5 they were able to accommodate us all in one spacious room. The location was also fantastic and were able to walk to most places.

It was a cute room with a privat terrasse I booked in the homestay, located at a small street near the church, a little out of the "Whizzel Dizzel", but still bussy, with nice shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk to the oldtown district (7-10 minutes") and the best benefit is, in the late evening it is realy calm, but you have to climb up to the 5th floor for it ???? Service is good organized. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast is good. There are maid to cooking for you. The room has an extra bed and blanket. location is good. It's near minimart, local restaurant, exchange and coffee shop.
