Hanoi Little Center Hotel is located in the historic Old Quarter of Vietnam, just a 10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, Water Puppet Theater and the Night Market. We are a small boutique hotel with only 15 rooms and focused on customer service. Our rooms are quite large for Vietnamese standards and average 38 meters.

Worst place I’ve ever had booked. We booked this through hotels com. The pictures for the website were a lot different as to what they really were. We turned up there to see the hotel had moved next door in what was a horrible place. Was unclean, unkept, there were matresses in the staircases, wallpaper falling apart and the place was generally in a state. We refused to stay there and had to be moved to another hotel, which was marginally better. This hotel has since refused to refund us, this is currently ongoing with hotels.com and we have reported it. Avoid at all costs.
I came to Hanoi with my parents so i had to find a hotel with some particular services such as airport transfer, elevator and triple room. Gladly, i found this hotel and they have all what i need. We're really satisfied and enjoyed our stay in this tiny hotel. We got spacious room, though the aircon suddenly broken but it's still OK as the weather cold enough for us so we didn't need the aircon. I also bought the Halong Bay tour from the receptionist, they offered us a good price for one day tour. The breakfast was really simple but we really liked it. Overall, i was impressed by the hospitality, the staffs were really helpful
We booked last minute deal at this hotel and when we arrived there, there was no room for us, aparently some rooms had a bug pest. Hotelier was very unorganized even though there weren't rooms available, online websites were still offering rooms for that nights. Our booking was refunded and we needed to look for another room.

Unfortunately our agent booked and payed for the room beforehand and we had to stay there for at least one night. The bathroom was disgusting, you could not set foot under the shower, except if you dared to wear the used slippers they offer, not to mention the dirty walls, dirty sheets and pillows. Plus they charged 28 euros per night for this mess which is not at all a small amount for the Vietnamese measures. We do not like expensive luxury hotels but hygiene is a totally different case.
It's a good hotel and located at the center of the city. Actually my room was too big for air condition because looking to my room at least it requires two ton a/c and I have to run for the full time luckily it was run successfully. On my demand they have provided a fan which was I kept near bed. WIFI was with very good speed. As regards bathroom it is not so good and even shower was not working properly. Staff is very co-operative and polite. Breakfast is also tasty. On my request they make it spicy which I require as per my taste. Overall experience is very good and obviously like to stay again whenever visit to HANOI.
