Super friendly and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome and gave lots of recommendations. Good breakfast. Spacious room with a good bathroom. Good location between the old town and the beach.

I like this place”s location, near the old town and not so far from the beach, very nice. We took 2 bikes to the beach with color and good bikes. Thanks all staff overhere. We definitely come back next time :)))))

Comfy bed. Nice shower. Very friendly staff.
Lack of curtains in the room, my neighbour could see my bed and bathroom from the balcony. Had to request a sheet to cover the window on the door. Food wasn”t good, already paid for breakfast, only tried it twice, gave up after that. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and there”s nothing around it, apart from a few local coffee shops. Also party place at the weekend where some local boys come to have a drink.
The staff was really great! So friendly and helpful. The room was very pretty, cozy and comfortable and reasonable distance from centre (15 min walk). You can rent a scooter at the guesthouse and staff also helped us arrange a scooter to drive to Hue combined with a service that would bring our bags. Definitely a recommendation 🙂

Amazing place! The receptionist was very friendly, kind and helped us with everything we need. Room was very nice and clean and breakfast delicious. Highly recommend this place! Have nothing to complain about.
Very helpful and lovely staffs
No hairdryer. I was upgraded to the room with balcony, which is shared with the room next door, The curtain of the balcony door is quite seen-through.
Large, comfortable room. Two very friendly receptionists who like to practice their English with guests when they have the chance. This is a nice place to stay.
Everything was good. The room was airy and sparkling clean with lovely balcony. Staff are so friendly. Especially love the dinning room. Location is not so far from the main old town.

The bed was amazing, best sleep I had in weeks. Ensuite was awesome, great layout and beautiful hot water with great pressure. Room was very clean and the staff were really helpful and cheeky which was awesome and made the stay fun. Drinks around the pool in the evening was relaxing.

On arrival we were instantly engulfed in the kindness of the hostess. The rooms are very big, clean and fresh looking. Breakfast was great. Lots of interesting tips and information from the staff. Also the pool was nice after a hot day.
The hotel is quite far away from Old Town (where you want to go for food and such…) On the upside: there are free bicycles available.
Couldn’t recommend this property more! The staff were amazing, all knowing English pretty well and helping you with anything and everything you need! The rooms were beautiful and large and such a comfortable bed! Was only a short walk to the ancient town and many places to eat. Even when you check out and have a late bus they still let you use the facilities here which is such a lovely gestures! Would 100% stay here again!
The rooms can be quite light in the morning and sometimes a little loud from the road but this was very minor!
Staff are very hospitable and accommodating, they are helpful in giving tips for your day trips and tours.
It was so good. Very clean rooms, friendly staff en good food. The shower was warm and I had a big bathroom. I really recommend this place.

Nice location with friendly staff
The villa was not in its best condition when we arrived – in my opinion. The pool area was not so clean. Our room door couldn”t open/close smoothly. Windows were not so clean too. We paid 16$/night so we shouldn”t expect so high but do hope that the owners should more focus (at least) in the cleanliness.

Fabulous place to stay whilst in Hoi An, providing excellent value for money. The rooms were nicely decorated, light, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff, especially Thung, were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rebook if we were to come back to Hoi An.
The signal on the TV was poor, but it didn”t really other us too much.

Liitle bit bad smell
Rooms were big and clean. The staff through the day were very helpful and the lady that checked us in gave us lots of information! There is a chilled out atmosphere. WiFi worked well. We were able to rent bicycles at a cost from hotel which we took advantage of! The main gate of the property is locked after 10pm and guests have the passcode which made us feel secure.
The a/c was pretty poor and failed to cool down the room when the humidity was so high. On our second night there was a complete power-cut for around 1 hour and the member of staff on at that time failed to communicate with the guests about how long the power would be out for – in fact there was no communication at all until my partner walked down to reception to ask what was going on. The power cut obviously was not the hotels fault but communication would have been nice and after speaking to another member of staff the following day, she told us that power cuts happen often on this street- so worth knowing. The location was about a 20-25 min walk from the old town and a 20 min cycle to the beach so not great. The bathroom window was always open which meant mosquitoes were often in our room. The pool was pretty basic with rarely any sunlight during the day and no sun beds. The property advertises that there is a fitness centre on site but all I saw were two dumbbells by the pool which was disappointing. Most properties we have stayed in in SE Asia have provided free bottles of water daily, however unfortunately we only got this on check in one day.

Lovely little villa, fairly clean, staff so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely also.
Walk to town little bit further than anticipated but not unmanageable- 20 mins and then need a beer on arrival! Pool and its surroundings was not as clean as hoped so didn’t use it and was much smaller than it looked on the photos

The trip we booked in the hotel to MySon did not meet our expectations at all. The guide was terrible and the lunch disgusting. Also they gave us incorrect information regarding the arrival time of the sleeping bus to Nya Trang. They told us we would arrive at 7am and we arrived at 3am.
