Quiet, clean and comfortable bed. 6people in room, I bathroom. Internet little bit slow. Guy in recepton doesn't speak English. Room was warm but little bit small. I STAY JUST FOR one night so it was ok for me 🙂
Although the staff weren't so good at English they were very nice, helpful and accommodating, at the time of our stay we were the only ones there but the rooms were definitely clean enough and the facilities were far better then I've seen They gave us free coffee and breakfast even though it was quite late in the afternoon, they let us in very early in the morning and the beds were heated which made it much more easier to sleep with how cold it was All round it was quite a nice hostel, and by the way, we are the people in the photo used on their hostelworld, looking happy with a lovely afternoon breakfast at

We arrived very late at 3AM in Sa Pa and finally found a cheap place after searching for half an hour that would open up and let us in. We did not even have to pay for that night and stayed for another 2 in the dorm. Beds are alright, quite some mold on the walls and some annoying mosquitos. Also after 2 people showered, there was no hot water left for some time. Still, I enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

In a good location however thats about it. The staff were not friendly or helpful and there english didnt seem to be too good either. They overcharged us and were not interested in refunding us the difference however we persisted and were finally paid. The wifi was unreliable and there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was also not included and there is no real atmosphere. There are a number of other hostels in the area for a similar price that I would recommend staying at rather than here.
Good location in the sapa city, simple but clean. Terrasse room recommanded and you get the view on the valley this way. The wifi works well. Food available and early check-in was easy. We were capable of leaving our bags at the reception during our 2 days trek.
