Last 17 of November of 2019 I was sleeping in this hostel. The following day I had so many bedbugs bites that it appeared in the afternoon when I was already in the bus to another city. I contacted them by phone and their uniques words were “I am sorry”. I didn’t get my money back and they didn’t help me at all. Don’t stay here guys! Be careful!
Really nice hostel and lovely staff, especially Bibian. But I would say the breakfast isnt the best, the bunk beds are too high and the toilet is not really clean, but despite that is really good for the price.

Don't stay here! This place only has high reviews because they cancel any reservation that they think will give them a negative score. I booked for a week in a six bed dorm got put in an 8 bed dorm then they overbooked the hostel so moved me to a 12 bed dorm where the aircon didn't work, a family with 5 kids stayed in 3 beds, and worst of all when I tried to go to sleep I got bite by bugs. Of course I checked out and didn't stay the whole week so they marked me as a no show on booking.com so I couldn't review them negatively. Also I was not asked to move rooms. I was told I had to move rooms. worst customer service ever!!! Stay away!!!
The hostel is right in town, easy to get around and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The staff were really welcoming and super helpful. The beds were so, so comfortable which made me very happy
