Café La Tamia is where you should head to, located in a little alley of District 1. It all started with a strong passion of collecting antiques and the love of old-school music by Mr Nghia Akai, the owner of the café, who has spent most of his life creating this special place for people who share the same interest.
The Café has more than twenty Magnétophones, varied in sizes, in addition to many other collectibles that you might have thought you would never ever see them again. Beside the soft retro music in your ears, you will see treasures such as those beautiful gramophones, a black and white TV with shutter or a truly vintage grand sofa set in the middle. That is why stepping into Cafe La Tamia is just like stepping onto a time machine, bringing you back to the Golden Time of Saigon in the 1970s.

Visitors and customers are offered a wide choice of beverages, snacks and foods. Prices range from VND50,000 to VND120,000.
