“I can”t say enough good things about your company these days, you guys are one in a million. When my order for Mother”s Day was delayed by FedEx and through no fault of your own, you graciously replaced it free-of-charge. Despite my offer to do so, you also wouldn”t accept an additional payment from me, not even for the shipping costs. This is an example of how companies take care of their customers.

Your pork BBQ is out of this world, my family often vacations at Topsail Beach and ever since I was a kid, we”d make a detour on the drive down from Illinois up to Kinston just to load up on King”s BBQ for the week. Here in the formerly-great State of Illinois, we are banned from any of life”s pleasures or freedoms these days including trips to Topsail so I thought a dose of your BBQ pork for my 88-yr old Mom would put a smile on her face. And it did. Thank you so much. The best way I can say thank you — aside from submitting rave reviews about your excellence in business practices to restaurant websites– is to place more orders in the future. You can be assured of that, as will others in my large family once word gets out how Kings really came through with flying colors.”
We got our order on Friday and it brought a tear to our eyes. My wife is from Eastern North Carolina and she got me addicted to BBQ when we visited North Carolina a couple of years ago. The box was loaded with everything we ordered and a roll of toilet paper and a hand sanitizer.
