This was a wonderful place with great service and food for a refreshing afternoon snack. I love all the fresh juice options and shaved ice with green tea and almonds sprinkled on top. Strongly recommended for couple to enjoy dinner together. The bingsu is the best in town. And dont forget to try bbq sauce pork sandwich. It”s yummmm!
Staff were inflexible to customers” request. A simple request, really. Most of the staff were not English-speaking. The cafe is located in quite a touristy district, I hope the management would consider putting somebody who speaks English to handle the tourists.I requested for one of the juice drink which had a combination of three fruits, namely Kale, Apple and Banana to be personalized by removing the banana. So it”s just Kale and Apple. But they insisted and refused to take such an order. They insisted that it HAS TO be in the specific order. I tried changing the Banana portion to another fruit at first, but they did not allow nor explain why. I then requested for it to be removed, and that they also could not fulfill. I was truly disappointed and ordered another drink.The cafe was three levels tall. Sitting area was very cool and cosy. There were plugs on the walls openly for customers to use. That”s good!The drinks were decent. It”s nice to see a cafe dedicated to juice instead of tea and coffee.I did not try the desserts nor any other food, such as the sandwiches they have in their menu.Only disappointment is in the inflexibility of making requests. Not a big deal to most people I guess. I give it an average because I personally felt they lacked the empowerment to fulfill customers needs. The juices were decent and for the price, I think there”s nothing really special.Good cafe in a good location though. Do visit!
