We didn”t stay here but we want to write this post about Phong Nha Farm Stay because of the amazing help we got from Ben and Bich. When our young son was taken ill, another guest where we were staying (at another place in Phong Nha) gave us their number, and they were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, recommending the best hospital, sorting out a car, even sending a friend who lived locally to check up on us afterwards in hospital. They even helped us with accomodation in the town where we were going. We feel very lucky to have connected with them. Thank you.More

I spent a great 4 days at the Phong Nha Farmstay in late January and found it to be excellent. Having stayed there about 2 years previously I was interested to see what changes had been made. The changes were wonderful, particularly their newly renovated bathrooms. I found all the staff, both western and Vietnamese to be wonderfully accommodating. The foodies service was great and and the advice and guidance from the tour desk was invaluable. I used my stay at the Phong Nah Farmstay as a base to explore the area and the national park and was amazed by the development in the area over 2 years. I enjoyed my stay so much, that I have booked again this year, this time bringing some family and friends. Thank you Bich, Ben and team, I look forward to seeing you soon!

Thanks for coming and spending another 4 days at the Farmstay Ben. It was a pleasure to have you here on a return visit.You are now a member of the club that we call the “repeat offenders”. Our returning customers.We have been open 4 years and it”s great to see customers returning for more visits to this amazing area. 4 years ago no one had heard of Phong Nha, and every one thought we were mad opening a place here in the middle of rural Vietnam. Now it seems that it may not have been such a silly idea in the long run. A big thanks to all our staff, partner businesses and customers for helping this area to get some economic development happening through tourism, and for helping to make the Farmstay what it has become. We got our 500th review on TA today and while they may not all be super positive, the highly critical ones have helped us to continue our improvements as we developed our business.Thanks again for writing about us and your stay on TA,The Team at Phong Nha Farmstay.
