Why Us

ABOUT US

Zone 123 was established in 2018 by Co-Owner and Operator Chris Turner. Chris recognised the need to create a supportive friendly local gym, that drew on the latest research in the health and fitness industry, and delivered to clients a new style of workout.

The first gym was established in Maroochydore, Queensland and services the areas of Maroochydore, Buderim, Sippy Downs and Mountain Creek. Riley Stewart joined the ownership team in 2019 and brought to the gym a wealth of experience and development and an unparalleled enthusiasm for taking the fitness centre to new heights.

There’s lots of reasons Zone 123 is stepping away from the norm, and forging it’s own path in thefitness industry.

COMMUNITY

Health & fitness isn’t something you have to do alone, which is why community sits at the centre of everything we do at Zone 123, from our daily fitness classes right through to our members nights’ out.

Our gym atmosphere is fun, welcoming and supportive. We encourage you to get to know one another. After all, smashing goals is easier together!

SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES

We limit our fitness classes to 8 people maximum. This allows us to foster relationships and provide the right level of support between trainer to member.

Nobody gets left behind, we can challenge you in all the right ways, and there’s less risk of injury too.

INCLUSIVENESS

Zone 123 welcomes people from all walks of life. We have created our gym environment in such a way that we can tailor our fitness programs to challenge each and every person.

Our education doesn’t just stop in the gym though, we provide tailored nutritional plans that are easy to understand, and easy to follow too.

We don’t want healthy living to be a short term goal, but a life-long journey we take together. We’ve helped hundreds of Sunshine Coast locals to transform their lives.

GENUINE CARE

Our gym is not about who has the best workout gear or who can pump the most iron. There’s no mirrors here because this is a safe environment. You shouldn’t feel intimidated or judged when you visit a gym or fitness centre.

Our community ensures our fitness club is welcoming and friendly.

VARIETY

You won’t get bored doing the same old thing here. We offer over 80 different routines each month and have new fitness classes starting every 25 minutes.

Pick the fitness class to suit your mood, and our expert trainers will be on hand to make sure you squeeze every little bit out of it.
