It’s a beautiful location. The beach and swimming pools are very nice. The resort pick you up and drop you off at the airport. We stayed in a room with a private pool, it was an amazing room with a partial sea view. The resort organised a sea food / meat bbq on the weekend, so you could mix and match what you ate.
The staffs were friendly, the bungalow was very nice in front of the beach, the swimming pool was fantastic. They gave us, free of charges, a late check-out that was a really big gift. For Covid problem it was not all perfect but we understood that the situation was not normal.
We had a sea view house with pool, the view was amazing and room was really comfy. highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We spent here 2 our last nights in Phu Quoc and we didn't travel anywhere, because it was pity to leave this resort and waster time 🙂 This is the best hotel where I have been in whole Vietnam. Super friendly staff and GM who is SWISS by the way. If you are searching heaven you can find it there. Rooms I cannot even call them rooms – houses are just amazing, big, new, private terrace, outdoor shower, indoor shower, huge bath, huge bed, welcome fruits. A lot of free entertainments. I had yoga for first time in my life and the sense was amazing. Prices much higher in restaurants then in city, but I don't believe that someone expect same as in street. Breakfast – cannot find a word. A big variety of food, fresh juices, bakery, local and international food. Dears it is a must place.
Green Bay Phu Quoc was the final stop of our Vietnam travels and it was a perfect finale! Not only did we get an upgrade, but also a bottle of wine awaited us for our honeymoon! The beach is beautiful and clean, the resort is nestled in the green with lots of gardens and trees kept in a very natural way, the pools and restaurants are not extremely big but spectacular and the rooms were very spacious. In the whole resort you feel that they paid attention to every small detail and the staff was amazing! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!
We made the mistake to book for just 2 days….we instantaneously regretted it. Perfect and peaceful location,beautiful resort, nice and clean beach and a wonderful room.
The rest was great. We got a free upgrade to one of the best rooms and it was the best room we've been to. Excepcional swimming pool, bathtub and showers, really comfortable bed and huge bedroom. Breakfast is really good as well, with a great variety and quality. We would really recommend this resort to anyone who wants to disconnect for a few days.
The location,privacy and overall standard of the resort is exceptional. Hygiene and cleanliness throughout the resort was 6 star,they even take the beeches. The general manager and staff will very happily see to all your needs especially when you need there support.
We stayed in the ocean pavilion with a private pool. The room was really beautiful! Clean & spacious with nice views of the bay and the private pool was bigger than we expected! The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and because all the rooms are villas or bungalows it retains that boutique feel. Breakfast selection was fantastic: egg station, pancakes, Vietnamese noodle soup, fresh croissants, a good fruit selection and cheeses. I also enjoyed the Vietnamese coffees each morning (they also offer cold drop coffee, American coffee, hot chocolate, tea & juice). Vietnamese food from Gio restaurant was enjoyable: particularly the lotus salad!
