Most disgusting place I've ever stayed, there was Rat poo on the beds and the staff weren't helpful when this was brought to their attention. No point staying there when you can go else where for much better service at the same price. Did not feel clean in my stay at all nor welcome by the staff. Do not stay here. I wish I could give 0 stars.
This place is absolutely disgusting in every way. Photos on trip advisor show new clean rooms, the reality is that they are filthy. Staff hopeless and not at all bothered. Room we booked was not available, what more can I say.
Absolutely nothing like the images they used online. Shocking really.. the customer service is none existent, when the customer is left guessing whether you even work there or not you are doing a bad job. The location is convenient to the bus and train-station.

All pictures and info on travelhome.vn or Trip.com are not real, the hostel looks very awful. They don’t have breakfast, they don’t have any shuttles or tours. The lockers don’t work, it’s smells poo in the toilet and in the room. They have 2 dogs of which they don’t take care(poor dogs) and they poo everywhere in the hostel. The receptionist is rude and helpless. I wanted to cancel the hostel the moment I got there because of the fake info on the website, but she denied and said a lot of lies that it’s trip.coms fault. The boss of the hostel is a cheater- he just gets money from travelers and all the time hangs up his phone. His number 0973263366(Vietnamese) and also he lies that I asked refund in cash.
We arrived at the hostel around 11 pm and told us that they were overbooked. We did not get another offer. The service was horrible. In the end we slept in the dorm but that was smelly and dirty. Would never recommand anyone to sleep here. Disgusting place. There are no mirrors and the bathrooms smell like piss.
