My husband and I spent almost 2 weeks at Seaside. Out condo was beautiful. All of the condos are ocean front. The sand is just steps away. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai every day. The staff is amazing!!! We have been going to Ft Myers beach for years. The only place we stay is Seaside. Publix is right across the street as well as the trolley stop. There’s plenty of places to eat. We have already booked next year for 2 weeks . Can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you Seaside for an amazing vacation!
We have been coming to this beach for 42 years….the last 15 here at the Seaside. The rooms and grounds are very well kept. The white sand is beautiful. We come with 5 other families from around the country, we met years ago and have a great time here. Grills available for cookouts and plenty of restaurants abound. Can’t imagine staying anywhere in Ft. Myers Beach. The office personnel and grounds people go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
Memories are made here. My family stayed here several times in the past but hadn’t returned there in a long time until last week. This is by far the best and most convenient resort in all of Ft. Myers Beach. There have been many improvements done at Seaside over the years with more planned in the near future. The beach is spectacular and close up, grills for cooking whatever your heart desires, the sparkling pool is right there. Our grandson was a little boy when we first discovered Seaside and in another year he will be off to college. Our return there last week added to our memories and we hope to return to Seaside soon.

James gets you checked in at the onsite office. Take an elevator right to your unit and get ready to soak in the ocean views! Located literally feet from the sugar sand beach. Unit #402 was just remodeled in July! All new furniture, paint, and beach themed decorations! Unit also had 3 flat screen TV’s, cable, and high speed internet. Love this complex. Great ocean views from the pool or beach side lounge chairs also.
My family and I stayed in unit 206. What a beautiful, homey and welcoming unit. We’ve already reserved it again for a family reunion next year. This property is so conveniently located. First the Publix supermarket is right across the street. Second the town trolley has a stop directly in front of the resort. For $0.75 it will drop you off by Time Square where you could explore the shops, restaurants and bars. No hassle looking for parking. When you step out of the unit, you’re literally steps from the white sandy powder beach and the gulf. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach check this place out
We have been coming to Seaside Resort for 22 years. Each time we are there we are totally thrilled with it. The grounds are kept very clean thanks to the people staying there as well as the workers. The office personnel as well as the cleaning people are always so friendly. We look forward to this vacation every year. We cannot wait to return next year
