What about cheapest hostels in Da Nang?
We are talking about 4-5€ a night for a fantastic hostel in Da Nang.
There is really no need to go below that since the quality will drop dramatically.
No kidding!
The difference is usually 1€ ($1) per night, and a lot of amenities are not included. This can be breakfast or linen. Also important, every single super-cheap in Vietnam we stayed in came with bed-bugs, cockroaches and other surprises. This is really based on my own experience.
Stay away from the absolute cheapest places in Vietnam – and invest that extra 50 cents or 1$.
Again, hostels are anyway super cheap, starting from 5€ per night. You will see the difference.
However, if you are traveling on a shoe-string budget and you wanna save every penny, there are ways to find the cheapest places in Da Nang.

The staff organizes small walking tours to the local night market, and to the Dragon Bridge on weekends. There’s also occasionally meet-ups where locals and travelers mingle. It is really a great place to connect.
There’s only one private room, the rest are dorms with bunk beds. This means lots of friends, and solo-travelers are staying here.
Also not to miss: The roof top terrace! We had great nights here, listening to music, enjoying a drink and watching the dragon bridge at night. Go for it!

Fun Party Hostels in Da Nang
If you are planning to go wild, we have good news for you. Da Nang is not exactly a huge party town, but there are some bars and great nightlife to enjoy.
We met super cool people at Memory Hostel and spent fun nights at their roof top terrace.
The most recognized hostel for partying is the Rom Casa Hostel, near the beach.
