Our black tea is made of the best quality fresh tea leaves in the 1100m above sea level mountainous areas. Our dedicated farmers carefully select and manually pick the fresh tea leaves for the fully fermented process to turn the tea leaves into the black color. CHARACTERISTIC & GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION OF THE TEA GARDENThis tea garden is cultivated in the western plateau, at the end of Truong Son Mountains too, close to the primitive forest. It belongs to a low developed area of land therefore little polluted. The soil layer is thick, suitable for the growth of all kinds of plants. The garden is in between 1,000 to 1,100 meters height compared with the sea level, covered with clouds and mist all the year round, nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air. This is why we choose the garden as the noticeable symbol of our tea products.

Water : The best water for making our black tea is spring water. If you don”t have access to spring water, you can improve tap water by letting the chlorine escape before making tea.

Temperature : Water for making our black tea should be the boiling point – about 95 – 100 degrees Celsius. Rather than measuring the temperature, try removing it from the heat when a lot of the large bubbles are started to form.Method :When the water has reached the correct temperature, a small amount is used to rinse the teapot and cups. Black tea is then measured into the teapot – usually to about 1/5 or 1/4 of the volume of the teapot.

The teapot is filled hot water after about 5 minutes. The pot is poured off for the first drinking infusion. The next times should brew tea about 3-5 minutes.
