This resort is a stand out in Mui Ne and great value. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and clean. Everywhere you look are green lawns and palm trees which gives you a lovely tropical feel and sense of privacy in the resort. Decor in the rooms is tranquil, comfortable and clean. Restaurant is central with beach views. Staff are friendly and great service. We are sad to leave. Definitely be back. Thank you

The property is well located on the beach front, with a very welcoming staff and management. Rooms are spacious, and very well set up for foreigners, with plenty of TV channels, good internet. Breakfast was A la Carte probably due to the lack of groups but was OK with enough choice and in a nice location. The only 2 comments I have is: – the lack of power/USB socket near the bed , but that should be easy to install as nowadays we all have phones and tablets to charge while staying in the comfortable bed – the blinds although closed properly still allow a lot of light coming in the morning, even if no one from outside can see in the room. Overall great stay.
Dear Benchmarker, Thank you so much for your kind words, it is heart warming to read that you found the staff and managers to be so welcoming to you. You are correct in regards to your thoughts on why the breakfast was served a la carte style during your stay. As I am sure you have noticed during your stay, the resort (and Mui Ne in general) is very quiet at the moment, so we prefer to cook fresh to order for our guests when it is very quiet as I worry to have food sitting on the buffet for long periods of time for both reasons of hygiene, but also of freshness and quality of the food as well. I am glad though that you felt the choice of items was sufficient, and also that you enjoyed the beachfront location of our breakfast service area. Thank you for your feedback about your preference for power sockets close to the bed. While we do have sockets at the desk area for this purpose, I do understand that peoples habits are changing and some prefer to have their phone close by when they are in bed so I have asked our maintenance manager to look into the locations of the electricity cables in the wall close to the bed in order to see if installing more power points here is a possibility. I will also get the maintenance staff to check the blinds in our rooms. Although these bamboo blinds are not designed to completely eradicate light to the same standard that blackout curtains would do, they also shouldn't have any gaping spaces that allow beams of sunlight to shine in (as I understand this would be very annoying if you are trying to sleep in), so we do appreciate your feedback so we can investigate and also improve the facilities in the rooms for the comfort of our future guests.
